Sweet Caroline's Go-to Almond Milk Smoothie

When it comes to measuring out what's called for in a recipe, I am not your girl (so my apologies in advance if your smoothie doesn't turn out quite as pretty or as tasty as the one pictured above).  Every time I make a smoothie, I make it a little differently.  Below is my best shot at what's probably in the smoothie above... Nutty Life milks are the only recipes I actually measure out  ; ) As long as you've got some Nutty Life milk in your blender bowl, the smoothie is destined to taste like heaven in your mouth.  So buy some Nutty Life & make the smoothie below!

  • 1 cup (or more) of Nutty Life Oh my CHAI! Almond Milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach and/or kale
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tsp camu
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder or nibs
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
